Cooking Instruction:
Pan-Fry: Heat pan on medium, cook 3–4 mins per side until 71°C. Add cheese in last min, cover to melt.
Grill: Preheat grill medium-high, cook 3–4 mins per side until done. Add cheese in last min, close lid to melt.
Air Fry: Preheat at 180°C, cook 8–10 mins flipping halfway. Add cheese in last 1–2 mins to melt.
