Ingredients: Pork, Honey Mustard (Water, Sugar, Honey 10%, Mustard Seed 4.5%, Thickener (Modified Cornstarch), Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Paprika, Cassia, Pepper, Celery Seed, Chilli and Clove), Fennel Seed, Rosemary, Thyme, Garlic Minced, Black Pepper Crushed, Olive Oil and Salt.

Serving Size: 5 to 8 pax
Delivered in frozen. Product is raw and marinated for your convinience. Place porchetta with skin side up in preheated oven or air fryer at 200°C for 30-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 75°C.Adjust temperature to 220°C and cook for additional 5 min for extra crispiness. Let meat rest for 10min before serving.
