Ingredient
- 1 pottle (150gm) raspberry non-fat or low-fat yoghurt
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup Zeagold egg white
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Steps
- Place yoghurt, raspberries, Zeagold Egg White and orange juice in blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Pour into tall glass.
