- ½ cup high whip egg white
- 1 cup caster sugar
- Preheat oven to 150 C
- Beat egg whites to form soft peaks
- Beat in caster sugar one spoonful at a time
- Place spoonfuls of meringue onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
- Leave to cool in the oven with the door ajar
- Serve with whipped cream.
