Meringues recipe



  • ½ cup high whip egg white
  • 1 cup caster sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 150 C
  2. Beat egg whites to form soft peaks
  3. Beat in caster sugar one spoonful at a time
  4. Place spoonfuls of meringue onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool in the oven with the door ajar
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
