These delicious wheat and pea protein tenders are lightly coated with a crunchy pea crumb. Serve them in salad, taco or wrap. Contains 13g of protein per serve. Suitable to cook in either oven or air-fry. Not recommended to microwave. New Zealand Vegetarian Society approved.

Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 200°C. Place Tenders into a lined oven tray and cook for 25 - 30 minutes.
Fan Forced Oven: Preheat Oven to 200°C. Place Tenders into a lined oven tray and cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
Air Fryer: Preheat fryer to 200°C. Place Tenders into fryer basket and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
