These tempting plant-based wheat and pea protein golden nuggets are lightly coated with a crispy tempura batter. Simply air-fry for 10-15 minutes and you can serve them with your favourite sauce. Contains 11g of protein per serve. New Zealand Vegetarian Society approved.

Conventional Oven: Preheat Oven to 200°C. Place Nuggets into a lined oven tray and cook for 25 - 30 minutes.
Fan Forced Oven: Preheat Oven to 200°C. Place Nuggets into a lined oven tray and cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
Air Fryer: Preheat fryer to 200°C. Place Nuggets into fryer basket and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
