The meat is processed and packed in a hygienic temperature controlled environment under strict food safety measurements (HACCP and ISO2000 certified). It is not recommended to wash the meat before cooking. Remove the excess blood water, if necessary. Wash work surface (including cutting board), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat.
