Tegel Free Range Chargrilled Chicken Steaks are perfect for nights when you want something delicious on the table quickly that you know your whole family will love. These Chicken Steaks are loved by Kiwis up and down the country. Coated in a chargrill glaze, they are quick and easy to cook. Delicious in a burger, wrap, or on pizza. Made with 100% NZ raised, SPCA Animal Welfare certified free range chicken breast with no added hormones.
Oven: Cook in preheated oven at 200ºC (180°C for Fan Forced) for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, use baking rack to allow chicken to cook evenly.
Air Fryer: Place the frozen chicken steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer and fry for 14-16 minutes at 160ºC or until cooked through.
Note: Not suitable for microwaves.
