Tegel Free Range Tempura Nuggets are perfect for nights when you want something delicious on the table quickly that you know your whole family will love.These nuggets are the perfect snack or meal for kids, and even grownups. Cook these in the oven or air fryer and serve with salad, fries, and a side of sauce. Made with 100% NZ raised, SPCA Animal Welfare certified free range chicken breast with no added hormones.

Oven: Cook in preheated oven at 200ºC (180°C for Fan Forced) for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, use baking rack to allow chicken to cook evenly.
Air Fryer: Place the frozen chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and fry for 7-10 minutes at 180ºC or until cooked through.
Note: Not suitable for microwaves.
