Beef Striploin
Tender, fine grain (closer texture than ribeye), lean and may have some marbling, with outer fat cover. A flattish piece of meat which may be tied before roasting. Excellent for grilling.
Cooking & Preparation
Best as a steak, grill, roast or pan-fried. Slow or high temperature roast. If narrow fat border is left on, it will add flavor and succulent of striploin. Grill to medium-rare, and ensure that fats is cooked.
