Black Angus Beef

Angus cattle are known for having genes that make its meat more tender, marbled and flavourful than regular beef. Raised on lush, green pastures. New Zealand Angus Beef is a unique product of an environment blessed by nature - the best grass and fresh air.


Beef Flank Steak

A lean, thin flat leaf-shaped steak; medium-tender meat, having distinctive coarse, lengthwise grain. Well flavored meat for stewing. Thinly sliced across the grain for stir-frying but tends to be a little chewy rather than really tender.


Cooking & Preparation

Flank steak can also be used as a pan fry / grilling steak if it is well-aged and tenderised or marinated, then cooked medium rare. Ideal for stewing, braising, grilling, or stir-frying. Do slice across the grain.


Washing / Cleaning Instructions

The meat is processed and packed in a hygienic temperature controlled environment under strict food safety measurements (HACCP and ISO2000 certified). It is not recommended to wash the meat before cooking. Remove the excess blood water, if necessary. Wash work surface (including cutting board), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat.
