Chicken (47%), Water, Flour (Rice, Maize), Vegetable Oil, Thickeners (1420, 412, 415), Salt, Tapioca Starch, Mineral Salts (450, 451, 452, 339), Rice Bran, Maltodextrin, Yeast, Leavening Agents (500, 541), Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Garlic), Dextrose, Yeast Extract, Spice (Pepper), Spice Extracts (160c, 100), Acidity Regulator (330).

Cooking Guidelines
Best cooked from frozen. Remove from packaging.
Oven: Cook in preheated oven at 200ºC (180°C for Fan Forced) for 13-15 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, use baking rack to allow chicken to cook evenly.
Air Fryer: Place the frozen chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and fry for 15-17 minutes at 160ºC or until cooked through.
Chicken should be fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 76ºC. Cooking times may vary depending on your appliance.
