Tegel Free Range Panko Chicken Tenders
Our chicken tenders are good in more ways than one. Not only are they made from our finest free-range New Zealand chicken, they’re also coated in a crispy golden panko crumb. Dipped in sauce or paired with some greens, they’re the quickest and most delicious way to feed a few or just you!
Ingredients:
Chicken (65%), Crumb [Wheat Flour, Wheat Gluten, Yeast, Sugar], Water, Vegetable Oil, Maize Flour, Modified Starch (1420), (1420), Wheat Semolina, Polenta, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451, 452, 339), Raising Agent (500), Thickener (412), Acidity Regulator (330), Spice Extracts (160c, 100), Maltodextrin (Maize).

Cooking Guidelines Best cooked from frozen. Remove from packaging.
Oven: Cook in preheated oven at 180ºC (170°C for Fan Forced) for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. For best results, use baking rack to allow chicken to cook evenly.
Air Fryer: Place the frozen chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer and fry for 12-14 minutes at 180ºC or until cooked thorough.
Chicken should be fully cooked when the internal temperature reaches 76ºC. Cooking times may vary depending on your appliance.
Note: Not suitable for microwaves.
