Black Angus Beef

Angus cattle are known for having genes that make its meat more tender, marbled and flavourful than regular beef. Raised on lush, green pastures. New Zealand Angus Beef is a unique product of an environment blessed by nature - the best grass and fresh air.


Beef knuckle

Beef knuckle is a versatile cut of meat located in the rear of the animal. In addition to roasts, products from the beef knuckle portion are often used in Beef Stroganoff and stir fry. Knuckle is an exceptionally lean, center weight-bearing muscle with little connective tissue. It can be sliced for yakiniku.


Cooking & Preparation

Knuckle cut is great for stewing and braising. It produces a notably tender and delicious results when cooked with moist and slow methods.


The meat is processed and packed in a hygienic temperature controlled environment under strict food safety measurements (HACCP and ISO2000 certified). It is not recommended to wash the meat before cooking. Remove the excess blood water, if necessary. Wash work surface (including cutting board), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat.


Storage Guidelines: Keep chilled in refrigerator at 1 to 4°C.
