The NZ Wagyu beef is free range pasture raised for 2 years, then fed for 100 days on a specialised grain diet to express the full marbling potential and buttery flavour that Wagyu beef is famous for. MB5+ marble score has the perfect balance of beef and Wagyu. A little more intramuscular fat giving the perfect balance of beef flavour and Wagyu mouthfeel and flavour notes.
