Minced Beef

Mince is a fantastically versatile ingredient which can be used for a whole host of family favourites including lasagne, meatloaf and bolognese. Our mince is lean and produced purely from New Zealand Black Angus beef. Great as beef ball or with a sauce for pasta. Excellent ingredient for vegetable fry.

Washing / Cleaning Instructions

The meat is processed and packed in a hygienic temperature controlled environment under strict food safety measurements (HACCP and ISO2000 certified). It is not recommended to wash the meat before cooking. Remove the excess blood water, if necessary. Wash work surface (including cutting board), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat.
