Tegel Free Range Chargrill Chicken Steaks

Tropical Chargrilled Chicken Bowls

Ingredient
- Tegel Free Range Chargrilled Steaks 400g
- 2x 250g packs pre-cooked white rice
- ½ cup sour cream
- Zest & juice ½ lime
- 2 tsp chipotle sauce + extra to serve
Salsa
- ½ ripe pineapple, peeled & diced 2cm
- 1 avocado, diced 1cm
- 1 bunch coriander, roughly chopped + extra to garnish
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 green chilli, thinly sliced into rounds
Steps
- Preheat your oven or air-fryer for the chicken.
- Cook the chargrilled chicken burgers according to packet instructions, until golden and cooked through.
- Combine the sour cream, lime zest and juice, and chipotle together in a small bowl with a pinch of salt. Set aside to serve.
- Meanwhile, make the salsa. Add the pineapple, avocado, coriander, lime juice and chilli to a medium bowl. Season with salt and toss together. Set aside to serve.
- Cook the pre-cooked rice in the microwave according to packet instructions.
- Serve the rice, chicken and salsa in a bowl topped with the lime sour cream. Garnish with the coriander and extra chipotle sauce.
