LACTOSEAFOOD® Barramundi Fillet with Pickled Mustard Greens Noodle Soup
All you need:
- LACTOSEAFOOD® Barramundi Fillet
- 1/2 cup of pickled mustard greens
- 800ml - 1000ml of dashi broth
- Your choice of noodle
- 2 -3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce, rice wine, and sesame oil
- 1 tsp of ginger juice and corn starch (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Cooking steps
- Slice fillet to bite size and marinate it with soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, ginger juice, and corn starch for approximately 10 minutes.
- Stir fry marinated fish fillet and set aside.
- Stir fry pickled mustard greens with garlic and set aside.
- Boil dashi broth. Season with salt & pepper. Add in noodles and cook to desired texture.
- Serve noodle soup with fish fillet and pickled mustard greens.
